Why can’t I log in to my account?

 

There are a few reasons why you can’t log in to your account. 
New account: The most common is if you just signed up and have yet to reply to the welcome email that is sent to you. Since we don’t auto-approve accounts, you are sent an email with instructions on how to activate your account. 
Incorrect Login: Your login credentials are case sensitive, please make sure to enter them correctly. If you forgot your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
Disabled account: It may be that your account has been disabled either for lack of use or other reasons. Please email support@amakings.com if the two reasons listed above have been ruled out.

This can have several reasons:

New account: The most common is if you just signed up and have yet to reply to the welcome email that is sent to you. Since we don’t auto-approve accounts, you are sent an email with instructions on how to activate your account. You must reply to this email. If you did not receive it, pelase check your spam or junk folder. If you don't reply to the welcome email with the required information, your account will not be activated.

Incorrect Login: Your login credentials are case sensitive, please make sure to enter them correctly. If you forgot your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it. If you don't receive the password reset email, please make sure you check your spam/junk folder.

Disabled account: It may be that your account has been disabled either for lack of use or other reasons such as unusual or suspicious activity, fraud, spam, etc.
